Dear Vendor:
The Texas Narcotic Officers’ Association (TNOA) extends a cordial invitation to exhibit your products and services at their Annual Training Conference. TNOA is a statewide law enforcement association and consists of federal, state, county and municipal officers and agencies. We are a non-profit organization chartered in 1970 by the State of Texas. One of the many objectives of TNOA is to provide law enforcement agencies with the latest investigative technology and equipment available for officer safety, evidence preservation and judicial prosecution. TNOA provides training workshops and conferences on a regular basis as well as working daily with prosecutors and judges to enforce narcotic statutes. TNOA is dedicated to preserving the safety of the citizens of our state and nation.
TNOA can offer to you, the exhibitor, great product/service exposure at minimal cost, idea sharing with law enforcement professionals and introduction/hands-on demonstration of your products and services. A major benefit is the chance to have up close and personal contact with the law enforcement officers who can utilize your services and relate to you the future needs of narcotic enforcement.
The 2010 annual TNOA Conference will be held July 12 - 15, 2010 at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center located on the University of Texas Campus in Austin, Texas. The dates for exhibitor’s presentations are Monday, July 12, 2010, 12:00 noon through Wednesday, July 14, 2009, at 12:00 Noon. Display setup may begin at 8:00 AM on the 12th and is suggested for removal by 2:00 PM on the 14th. Security will be provided in the exhibitor area. The TNOA Room Rate will be available to those desiring to stay at the AT&T Conference Center.
Exhibitor cost for the 2010 TNOA Annual Training Conference is $450.00 for 8’ x 8’ exhibit area. Each area will be equipped with an 8’ back drape, 3’ side divider, skirted table and two chairs. Exhibitor is not permitted to sublet a part of its space or to display merchandise of other manufacturers or dealers where no direct business condition exists between them. Exhibitor’s display will not be allowed to extend beyond booth area and must confine their activities to the booth space. If you should require electrical or phone/computer outlets at your booth, please call us and we will mail you separate forms to complete and return.
Entry into the secure Exhibitor area will require an identification badge issued by TNOA staff. Two complimentary identification badges per exhibiting company will be provided by TNOA and additional badges may be purchased for a fee of $25.00 per badge.
It is mandatory that every exhibitor carry adequate liability and property insurance. Liability insurance should provide public liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage should an incident occur in your exhibit booth. Property insurance should cover theft or damage of your property from the time materials leave their point-of-origin until they reach their post show destination including the time on the show floor. Some exhibitors also insure against non-arrival of freight or exhibit material at the show site.
The most economical and practical way to obtain this coverage is to contact your current insurance company and ask them for a rider on your existing policy.
Completed forms and Exhibit costs should be mailed to:
