Cost to exhibit at the 2012 TNOA Training Conference is $550.00 per exhibit booth. Two identification badges are included in exhibit fee (see Name Badge Application).
A 50% deposit must accompany application to reserve a space. Space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full is required by August 1, 2012.

HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE

We submit the following “Hold Harmless Clause” which is a part of our exhibit rules and regulations: “The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising from injury and damage to the exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the San Luis Resort, and shall indemnity and hold harmless the Texas Narcotic Officers' Association, agents and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.”
