Exhibitor cost for the 2020 TNOA Annual Training Conference for an 8' x 8' exhibit area is $800.00 for a one table booth, $1500.00 for two booths, and $2200.00 for three booths.Two identification badges are included in exhibit fee (see Name Badge Application). 

A 50% deposit must accompany application to reserve a space.  Space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.  Payment in full is required by July 1, 2020.

We submit the following “Hold Harmless Clause” which is a part of our exhibit rules and regulations:   “The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising from injury and damage to the exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the Embassy Suites, San Marcos, Texas and shall indemnity and hold harmless the Texas Narcotic Officers Association, agents and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.”
