TEXAS NARCOTIC OFFICERS ASSOCIATION / H. ROSS PEROT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS:
TNOA conducts a Scholarship Awards Program each year in which scholarships in varying amounts are awarded to children and grandchildren of active TNOA Members in good standing for the past three (3) consecutive years. Nominees for these scholarships must be graduating seniors. Scholarships will be awarded to individuals based on such factors as academic achievement, school and community involvement, and special achievements.
Nominations should include such information as:
personal information
name and date of birth of nominee
name and occupation of parent/grandparent
name of high school, graduation date, rank in class and grade point average
clubs and involvement in school and community activities
special achievements
honors and awards
letters of recommendation from school or government officials
Please submit your nominations via mail to President Gary Haston, TNOA Scholarships, P.O. Box 1044 Georgetown, Texas 78627. Submissions must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2012.
